The Journey of Your Piece

From the moment you place your order, we begin a collaborative process to ensure your vision is captured perfectly. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email asking how you would like to proceed:

• Standard Production: If the design is exactly what you want, select "No Changes Necessary." Your piece will go straight to our master artisans, who will spend four weeks hand-building and finishing your jewelry to perfection.

• The Custom Path: If you have a specific vision, select "Request Customization." This allows you to detail any changes or requests. We will work with you to finalize the design and send a digital rendering for your approval. Once approved, your bespoke piece will take four weeks to craft.
